Refund Policy

At Eyes on Spa, we stand behind the quality of our services. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds apply and when they do not.

1. Strategy Call (₹499)

Non-refundable once the call has been conducted.

The ₹499 strategy call fee is a paid application to evaluate whether your spa qualifies for our system. Since this involves dedicated time from our consulting team, refunds are not available after the call takes place.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled call, you must reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows without prior notice will not receive a refund and may be permanently removed from future booking availability.

2. Monthly Service Fee (₹59,000/month)

Cancel anytime with 15 days written notice. No refunds for partially used months.

Our service operates on a monthly billing cycle. You may cancel at any time by providing 15 days written notice via email to [email protected]. Upon cancellation:

  • Service will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds will be issued for any partially used month.
  • All outstanding invoices must be settled before termination.

3. Performance Guarantee Refund

Full refund of service fees if we fail to deliver 3x-5x ROAS in 6 months — subject to conditions below.

Eyes on Spa offers a written money-back guarantee. If we do not deliver a minimum 3x-5x return on ad spend (ROAS) within 6 months of continuous service, you are entitled to a full refund of service fees paid during that period.

This guarantee is valid only if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • You have been an active client for the full 6-month period without interruption.
  • You have maintained the agreed minimum monthly ad budget (₹50,000+) throughout.
  • You have responded to leads generated by our system within a reasonable timeframe.
  • You have not made unauthorized changes to ad accounts, landing pages, or CRM settings.
  • You have followed the operational recommendations provided by your dedicated consultant.

What is refunded:

  • Service fees paid during the 6-month period (up to ₹3,54,000).

What is NOT refunded:

  • Ad spend (paid directly to Meta/Google, not to Eyes on Spa).
  • GST charges.
  • The ₹499 strategy call fee.
  • Any third-party tools or subscriptions purchased by the client.

How to claim:

  • Submit a written refund request to [email protected] within 30 days of the 6-month period ending.
  • Include your spa name, service start date, and total ad spend for the period.
  • Our team will review the claim within 14 business days.
  • If approved, refund will be processed within 30 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer.

4. Ad Spend

Ad budgets are paid directly by the client to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google. Eyes on Spa does not collect or hold any ad spend funds. Refunds for ad spend must be requested directly from the respective advertising platform.

5. Disputes

If you have any concerns about our services or believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us before raising a dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
